When our seat covers are complete, they are stored safely upside down on hangers – not only in our fully-automated warehouse, but also during transport from our sewing plant to upholstering in the automotive plant. This ensures that they reach the customer in pristine quality and without a crease. And all this with the highest process reliability, affording optimal protection against cost-intensive production delays. We are also able to respond swiftly and flexibly to changes, and integrate additional modules, including those from other manufacturers, into our system – an option that many OEMs and level-one suppliers are keen to profit from. After all, we are always open for a pragmatic solution – whether it means opening a new warehouse in close proximity to our customers so they need not warehouse themselves, supplying just-in-time (JIT) or even straight into the production line (JIS).
