It may not be immediately apparent, but today’s vehicle is no longer made up of simple, angle-free parts – no matter whether we’re talking car door or rear seat frame. We master all the manufacturing and processing steps for metallic products for the body-in-white – from technical development to precise stamping, pressing and welding, culminating in cathode immersion painting (KTL coating) and fully automated assembly.
In addition to classic cold-rolled and hot-rolled strips, we have the expertise to process specially coated metal sheets, highly resilient special steels, stainless steel or even aluminium in multistage forming processes. Safety components with documentation requirements are just as much a part of the service as finalising our assemblies down to the fitting of locks and lock fixtures.
Our service spectrum extends far beyond intelligent pressed parts manufacturing. System assemblies, structural parts and complete systems also form an integral part of our services.
