HF Palm is an agricultural investment focused on large-scale date cultivation in southern Morocco. The project centres on land development, plantation management, and long-term crop production using premium varieties suited to the local climate.

Location & Cultivation

Located near Akka City in the Sous Massa region, the plantation spans approximately 80 hectares.

  • 9,200 palm trees planted (2024–2025)
  • 70% Majhoul (Medjool), 30% Bouffegous

The planting approach supports long-term yield stability and consistent quality.

Project Status

The plantation is fully established, with planting completed in May 2025.

  • Total investment: approximately €2 million
  • Early growth phase
  • First harvest expected from 2029

The project follows a long-term agricultural yield cycle.

Agricultural Infrastructure

Infrastructure is in place to support stable farming operations:

  • Water storage: 40,000 m³
  • Energy: Solar-powered with grid backup
  • Irrigation and distribution systems
  • Equipment access and on-site storage
  • Fully secured 80-hectare perimeter

Production Focus

HF Palm is built around primary agricultural production, with emphasis on:

  • High-quality date cultivation
  • Controlled growing conditions
  • Jumbo and large-grade output

Strategic Rationale

This investment supports Prevent Group’s expansion into agriculture through a land-based production model.
